FridgeSmart Again!

If you’ve been reading this blog over the last couple of weeks, then you’ve learned that I believe that FridgeSmart is a kitchen “must-have”! The beautiful array of spring produce (our local strawberry stand has been open for a few days – whoo hoo!) and the soon to begin Farmer’s Market have me dreaming of crisp, ripe veggies & luscious fruits!

In celebration of the season and Tupperware’s 60th birthday, the company has created a TOWER of FridgeSmart at a 50% savings! This set also shows off a new color configuration – Watermelon, Apricot & Orange Peel! Yummm!

8 pieces, with a value of $115 are on sale for $57.75! This set includes two each of the Mini, Small and Medium FridgeSmart® Containers, plus a Medium Long and a Medium Deep container.

Now, you can keep your produce fresh longer, save $$ and dress up your refrigerator all at the same time!

Here’s a quick and easy recipe to enjoy with those spring strawberries, or to dip cookies in...if you must!

Lemon Delight
1 container (8 oz) whipped cream cheese
1 Tbsp sugar
1 container (6-8 oz) lemon yogurt
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
In Quick Chef with paddle blade, blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon yogurt, lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Add whipped topping and continue blending until smooth. Place into Snack Cups with the Saucy Silicone Spatula and serve with fresh strawberries or cookies.
