This recipe is REALLY GOOD! It's another way to enjoy cranberries and just about everyone likes it!
It can be served with your Thanksgiving turkey as a side, and it is especially good on those leftover turkey sandwiches! But my favorite way to serve it as a salsa with cinnamon crisps.
Cut flour tortillas into wedges and spread them on a baking sheet. Spritz them lightly with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. (Tupperware's Cinnamon Vanilla Seasoning Blend is wonderful here!) Bake @ 350 deg. until lightly browned. Watch them closely because they can go from light brown to burnt quickly.
Another idea: Pour the salsa over an 8 oz. block of cream cheese and serve with crackers or gingersnaps...yum!
