Meat & Potatoes 5 Ways

5 cups of peeled and sliced potatoes

Place slices potatoes in a Vent ‘N Serve - Large Deep* container and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.

The potatoes form the bottom layer topped by the next layer, your choice of:

Lay meat over potatoes, thicker part to the outside of the container. Spoon the top layer over the meat, being sure to cover all of the meat and potatoes. Cover.

Microwave for 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish.

Garnish ideas:
Chicken – Salsa down center with sprinkling of cheddar cheese.
Pork chops – French fried onion rings
Eggs – sprinkling of colby or pepper jack cheese.

*Any appropriately sized microwave safe container may be used.
